This innovative facility will house the university’s Food Technology Department, world-class laboratories, a food pilot plant, and a commercial dairy processing unit, all designed to give students a dynamic and hands-on learning experience.

The highlight of the new complex is the upcoming commercial dairy processing factory. It will produce a wide range of high-quality dairy products, including pasteurized milk, yogurt, ice cream, and many others. This facility will enable us to supply these products locally and across Kenya and offer our students invaluable practical experience in modern food processing techniques.
